Warehouse Operative

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with a knack for customer service? We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Hatfield.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

• Completing routine tasks as directed by your manager.

• Handling ad-hoc requests to keep service running without a hitch.

• Escalating any service issues to your line manager.

• Helping the department meet its performance targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications. We need someone who can follow simple instructions, has good interpersonal skills, and is comfortable with basic administrative duties. Most importantly, you should be a team player who is dedicated to providing a great experience for everyone you interact with.

The Details

This is a Full time position with various shifts available between 7am and 12am*, Monday to Friday.

This role requires you to have valid BPSS Clearance.
