As Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Key duties include:
- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
- Supervising and motivating a team of warehouse staff
- Overseeing goods in, goods out, and stock control processes
- Ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy
- Maintaining health & safety standards and conducting audits
- Investigating stock discrepancies and implementing solutions
- Driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations
- Managing vehicle loading and dispatch operations
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
- Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- IT literate with experience using warehouse systems
- Forklift licences (Counterbalance/Reach) beneficial
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
- 42.5 hours per week
- Rotating shifts between 05:00 - 18:00
