To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to take charge of our fast paced logistics operations.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods in, goods out, fulfilment, and 3PL clients. You will drive operational excellence, optimise warehouse space, and lead a high performing team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and outstanding service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve service and performance targets.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee health and safety compliance (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).
• Control budgets, optimise warehouse space, and implement best practices.

What We're Looking For

You are a results driven leader with extensive experience in warehouse and logistics management. You thrive in a fast paced, multi client environment and have a continuous improvement mindset.

• Proven leadership experience managing large warehouse teams (100+ employees).
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report at C Suite level.
• Qualification in warehouse management or logistics
