Warehouse Operations Manager - UK Logistics & Despatch

InPost UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Preston despatch operations. You will drive performance, develop a high-performing team, and ensure customer KPIs are met while focusing on Health & Safety and cost efficiency.

You will report to the Regional/Depot managers, manage shift patterns, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to optimise warehouse and transport resources across the UK.
