Warehouse Operations Manager - Lead 3PL Growth & Efficiency

QS Recruitment is working with a growing third party logistics business to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager in Coventry. You will oversee the Coventry operation and lead day to day activities across multiple warehouse units.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands on approach and a track record of managing KPIs, stock accuracy and health & safety. You'll drive productivity, customer service and continuous process improvements.
