Warehouse Operations Lead for Inbound/Outbound

PlaceMe Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily inbound and outbound activities in a busy distribution centre in Ireland. You will supervise staff, plan workloads and ensure 100% on-time order shipments while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role requires 2-4 years in DC operations, WMS experience, and a bachelor degree. You will drive process improvements, monitor KPI metrics, and support budgeting and training to meet seasonal demand.
