Job Overview

Kenect Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Crawley. This is a temporary opportunity offering consistent full-time hours within a busy warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a safe and organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Sweeping, tidying, and maintaining housekeeping standards
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting the warehouse team as required

Requirements

• Valid FLT Licence (Counterbalance preferred)
• Previous warehouse and FLT experience
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
