As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a warehouse department and serve as point of contact for our Customer and GXO Operations regarding operational processes and systems. You will also provide support to the management team by supervising, coordinating, and organizing their teams (Team Leaders/ coordinators/ operators/ temps) to accomplish assigned tasks, ensuring correct production in terms of time as well as managing the Warehouse operational, achieving the KPI targets and hitting the SLA's to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is Site based and can include shifts.

As an Operations Manager, you lead and drive the operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of a world-class service to our customer. Set, agree and manage objectives and KPI's with direct reports to achieve a 'best in class' operation. Measure and review operational performance against company and customer KPI's and implement appropriate actions to seek continuous improvement. Drive communication, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse with a constant focus on reviewing and improving processes. This role is Site based and can include shifts.

What you need to be successful

• A demonstrable track record of managing people and operations with the ability to coach and engage others
• Previous experience gained within a Logistics/Warehouse environment
• Knowledge around Process improvements, KPI's, absenteeism and conflict management
• A 'can do' attitude with a flexible approach and ability to find a solution within a fast-paced environment
• Results orientated mindset with experience of working within a multi-cultural environment
