Universal Business Team is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare distribution business in Yeovil to recruit a hands-on Warehouse Manager who will own the day-to-day operation.

You'll lead and motivate a growing warehouse team, oversee goods-in, picking, packing and same-day dispatch, optimise stock flow and develop the warehouse layout.

You'll build a culture of pace and accuracy, work closely with couriers, and report on KPIs. Salary £45,000 - £55,000 with uncapped progression.
