Warehouse Manager, East Yorkshire

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and develop a warehousing operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will take full responsibility for warehouse performance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service across all product movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including goods in/out, stock control, and internal distribution
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver against KPIs and service targets
• Drive operational efficiency, including layout optimisation and lean practices
• Manage stock accuracy, availability, and reporting in collaboration with wider teams
• Ensure compliance with all QHSE, legal, and company standards
• Control departmental budgets and resources in line with business needs
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability

The Candidate

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
• A confident people leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Knowledge of health & safety and compliance within a warehouse environment
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
