We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Northampton where you will oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of a two-site warehouse function, ensuring the effective receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods across both locations.
The Warehouse Manager role is responsible for maintaining high levels of stock accuracy, optimising warehouse space and workflow, supporting operational quality standards, and ensuring consistent Health & Safety, performance, and teamwork across both sites.

- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within white goods or large item distribution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of warehouse systems and inventory control
- Knowledge of manual handling and safe working practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- IT literate (WMS, Excel, reporting tools)
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification
- Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
- Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement training
- Manage and coordinate warehouse activities across both sites, ensuring consistency in processes, standards, and performance.
- Oversee the movement and storage of stock, including inter-site transfers, to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory control across both locations, ensuring system integrity and stock accuracy at all times.
- Oversee the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders in line with required specifications.
- Ensure all deliveries are received, unloaded, and processed in line with SOPs and Health & Safety standards.
- Ensure all orders are checked for accuracy and prepared with correct documentation.
- Manage safe and efficient loading of vehicles to meet delivery schedules.
- Communicate any delays or issues to key stakeholders promptly.
- Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse teams across both locations.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
