Warehouse Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Technical and managerial oversight of the warehouse operations at the Eastwood and Grantham locations
• Ensuring the smooth operation of all warehouse processes, particularly goods receipt, putaway, order picking, packaging, and shipping
• Organizing, coordinating, and supervising day-to-day operations at both locations
• Management, scheduling, and professional development of subordinate staff
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, storage space, and workflows
• Analyzing existing processes and developing and implementing improvement measures to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensuring a consistent approach across locations and coordination between Eastwood and Grantham
• Close collaboration with adjacent departments, particularly Sales, the Projects Team, and other internal interfaces
• Participation in inventory counts, evaluations, and general organizational matters within the warehouse
• Preparation of key performance indicators, reports, and decision-making documentation for senior management

Your profile:

• Completed education in logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a leadership role
• Experience in managing and optimizing operational warehouse processes
• Leadership experience and the ability to develop and motivate employees
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility
• Analytical thinking and an understanding of business operations
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Very good written and spoken English
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus
