Job Description

Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy - fast. We're combining first-principles thinking with cutting edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We raised $170M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the Co-Founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, Uber and more.

We're creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.

We're currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager with a strong attention to detail and a hands on approach to driving warehouse efficiency, safety, and performance. If you're excited to lead operations within a fast moving, innovative company, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Oversee and manage the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
  • Ensure accurate processing and recording of inventory transactions using warehouse management systems

  • Lead, support, and motivate warehouse staff to meet operational targets, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Monitor and inspect goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy prior to dispatch
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment is essential
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lead, coordinate or support team members when required
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, hands on work environment
  • Physically able to lift and move goods as required
  • Manual car license
Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Full time, stable employment in a rapidly growing sector
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • The chance to be part of a mission driven company making a tangible impact on the future of energy
