Please note, this role will involve manual handling. Key Responsibilities: - Follow procedures within the warehouse to ensure efficiency and safety - Carry out daily forklift safety checks and report defects - Load and unload vehicles - Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations accurately - Accurately pick and place orders in the designated delivery locations - Assist in daily stock audits - Maintain a flexible approach to work - Carry out all general warehouse duties when required Skills & Experience: - Flexi or Counterbalance experience essential - Warehouse and WMS experience - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Strong Health & Safety awareness Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Current Shift pattern: 8.00am - 4.30pm / 10.30am - 7.00pm (alternating weekly) Salary: £26,350 - £27,414 per annum dependant on FLT certification / fortnightly pay Bonus: Up to £2,000 per annum, based on agreed KPI's and completion of qualifying period Rewards platform with member discounts LWC Drinks Ltd provides licensed establishments with all their bar and sundry supplies.
