Warehouse First Line Manager (FLM)

Pay Rate: £30,000 per annum
Grade: N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time), 40 hours per week
Shift patterns: Weekly rotation AM & PM shift. AM shift: 05:30-14:00, PM shift: 13:30-22:00. Operating Monday-Friday and working one in every four Sundays (rest day given back)

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success. In our retail warehouse you'll have the opportunity to support across four sections (FLT, inbound, outbound and picking).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and inspire a high performing warehouse team by overseeing daily work, building a culture of clear communication, strong ownership and teamwork, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results.
• Drive strong operations by improving processes, using new and smart ways to boost output, and tracking key measures to push steady growth across the warehouse.
• Champion a safe, fair and supportive workplace by keeping high safety standards and making sure every team member can work with confidence and security.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing in retail, e-commerce or similar
• Have an strategic entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for providing great customer service
• Able to demonstrate compassion, a strong team work ethic and enjoy cross-collaboration
