Job Description

UTM Consultants are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator, to assist our client with their project offshore, UK.

Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring materials are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an accurate record of daily records of all warehouse activities throughout operations.
  • Ensure all company procedures, safety policies, and operation guidelines are followed.
  • Proactively manage and promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Act, behave and lead by example according to clients values.
  • Be able to work in a 14/14 rotation.
Tasks
  • Prepare and distribute daily warehouse activity reports as required.
  • Ensure all receiving, shipping and inventory documentation is properly completed and signed.
  • Attend daily team meetings or safety briefings to ensure work is carried out safely and accurately.
  • Be present during key activities such as inbound receiving, inventory counts, order picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
  • Keep track of inbound and outbound goods.
  • Deliver cargo to vessels based in Grimsby and surrounding areas.
  • Daily housekeeping of onsite vehicles.
Deliverables
  • Daily recording of warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory movements and shipments.
  • Submission of completed and accurate daily activity reports.
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of equipment condition.
Decision Authority
  • Authority to intervene or stop warehouse operations in the event of safety risks, inventory inaccuracies, or procedural non-compliance.
Qualification / Requirements Mandatory
  • First aid Certificate
  • Forklift license double mast up to 4 tonnes.
  • Must be IT proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)
  • Full clean UK Driving license
Preferred
  • Dangerous goods by air and sea
  • Previous experience operation in a warehouse environment for Offshore wind construction projects.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training
  • Qualified to inspect PPE e.g harnesses.
  • Within 1 hour of Humberside airport due to possibility of being called out during out of hours.
  • Knowledge of UK Custom regulations
