Warehouse Co-ordinator

Location: Fawley
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:15
• Friday: 07:30 - 15:00

We are currently recruiting for an experienced SME Co-ordinator to join a busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical individual with strong administrative skills and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge to join a well established business with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
This is primarily an office based role, although you will be required to work in warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the day to day activities of the SME team.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, including data analysis and audit reporting.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from management.
• Maintain MSDS records and communicate updates.
• Manage warehouse shelf life checks.
• Compile and distribute cost reports.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through warehouse and system checks.
• Maintain SAP records and warehouse administration.
• Process goods receipting for direct deliveries and bulk chemical products.
• Provide holiday cover for key operational support functions.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and promote safe working practices.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse support, or coordinator role.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and OneNote.
• SAP experience is desirable, although training will be provided.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and support a wider team.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and support operational improvements.
