Job Purpose:
As a Warehouse Assistant you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Process Team Leader, you'll be responsible for understanding and following all warehouse procedures. This position is essential in ensuring products move seamlessly through the supply chain maintaining accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
The role will include but is not limited to:
Maintain a high level of accuracy when picking and packing customer orders.
Ensure boxes are securely closed and properly sealed to maintain product safety and quality.
Regularly monitor and replace labels and tape in machines to ensure products can be packed in a smooth and efficient manner.
Demonstrate collaboration and adaptability, especially during busy periods.
Assist in conducting detailed and thorough stock audits as needed, including participating in the annual stock audit.
Be adequately trained in manual handling operations. Safely performing manual handling tasks.
Adhere and ensure compliance of the company's health and safety policies and procedures are upheld, consistently demonstrating a duty of care towards other colleagues and equipment.
Inform your Team Leader of any stock damage or necessary equipment repairs.
Candidate Profile:
Have good numerical skills.
Having a good understanding of the English language is essential to receive, interpret, and communicate information accurately
Be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Able to carry out picking and packing tasks with precision and efficiency.
Being reliable and demonstrating a strong commitment to the role is essential.
Capable of working effectively under pressure and independently.
Working well as part of a team and communicating effectively at all levels is essential.
Displays a positive, proactive attitude towards the success of the team and overall operations.

40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 18:00, with occasional Saturday shifts
