Job Introduction

As a Ward Assistant at Nuffield Warwick, you'll play an important role in delivering delicious meals and a positive experience to patients, staff, and visitors. Your cheerful attitude and friendly interactions can brighten someone's day and bring comfort during challenging times.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the production, setup and serving of hot and cold meals
• Follow recipes and product instructions to ensure meal quality
• Transport food service trolleys for patient meal service, making sure temperature checks are carried out prior to serving
• Ensure dietary requirements are adhered to
• Clean and sanitise workstations and equipment
• Ensure Stock control and rotation procedures are maintained
• Break down and tidy up food service areas after meal periods
• Monitor and report wastage levels of patients meals

• The ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods
