We're hiring: Chef de Partie
We need an adaptable CDP with a diverse skill set, ready to tackle everything from butchery to baking.
Walcot Group is a family of restaurants - Walcot House, Solina, Mother & Wild, Little Walcot and more. Each with its own flavour, all with the same goal: great food, great drink, great hospitality.
You'll be working with top quality ingredients, a proper bit of kit, and a kitchen team that's got your back. One day you might be on grill, the next helping with pastry - we like chefs who are flexible, curious, and up for learning.
What we're after:- Solid experience as a CDP in a busy kitchen
- Calm under pressure, and happy to muck in
- A good eye for detail (but not a perfectionist to the point of madness)
