Waking Nights Support Worker - 1:1 Care & Community

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker in Dinnington. The role provides 24/7 practical and emotional support to residents, helping them engage with the community and maintain independence.

The successful candidate will be compassionate, adaptable and able to work as part of a team, with duties including documenting records and following individual support plans. Nights and weekends shifts are required.
