Waking Nights Residential Support Worker

Agincare is opening a brand-new children's home in Wimborne, Dorset, and seeks caring, dependable people to join as Waking Nights Support Workers. You will be part of the founding team, helping up to three children thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.

Shifts are 10:00pm-8:00am with full training, DBS checks, and ongoing career development. Pay starts at £14.50/h, rising to £15.50/h with Level 3 qualification, plus benefits and referral bonuses.
