Waking Night Team Leader - Care & Empowerment

CareTech is recruiting a Team Leader for our Solihull service. The role is permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week on a rota basis, located in Solihull. The position involves leading a care team and delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining high standards of care. A proactive, caring approach and strong communication are essential.
