We have an exciting opportunity for a WakingNight Support Worker to join our Accommodation Based Services team providing housing and support to Care Experienced young people in Hereford. This is an Ofsted-regulated service looking after 16-25 year olds.
We are looking for Night Support Workers to join a new service in full-time and bank positions. We are looking for someone to work 45 hours per week, 8pm-8:15am on a rota basis. Applications from everyone are welcome, including those with lived experience and care experience.
- You will assist the Management Team with the oversight of the home, leading on support and safety.
- You will be both a role model to the young people, continually pushing for the highest standards.
- Your support will be trauma-informed. You will understand people's backgrounds and champion diversity and inclusion.
- There is so much variety. You could be helping someone move and settle into their new home, safety planning to reduce harm, helping someone secure their desired job or secure the place on the training course they have aspired to, support with independent living skills.
