Waking Night Support Worker - Training & Progression

CareTech is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for Wheatsheaf House in Cottenham to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

We offer comprehensive training, ongoing development, and a supportive, person-centred environment. A DBS check is required; we provide training and induction to help you grow within the role.
