Waking Night Support Worker - Flexible Shifts & Care

Dimensions is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker for Dorchester, Poundbury, to join a two-person night team. You will support one of six residents with learning disabilities, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and a restful night.

You'll monitor wellbeing, complete checks, and keep accurate records while delivering dignified, person-centred care in a supported living setting. Training and progression opportunities are available.
