Wake Night Support Workers - Barnet
1 Male & 1 Female, or 2 Females£12.82 per hour 30 hours per week Night Shifts
The Role
We're looking for caring and reliable Wake Night Support Workers to join our Barnet Supported Living services. You'll be providing vital support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs - helping them feel safe, supported, and comfortable through the night.
This role requires flexibility, as you will be working across a rota including weekends and bank holidays. If you're positive, friendly, and resilient, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering practical and emotional support throughout the night
Following individual support plans to meet each person's needs
Keeping accurate records and maintaining confidentiality
Carrying out domestic duties such as light cleaning and laundry
Supporting personal care needs when required
Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care
What We're Looking For
Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and/or mental health needs
Calm under pressure, confident working alone and as part of a team
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and safeguarding their wellbeing
