Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress for our stand our destination The Stage at The Londoner. This is a champagne bar that serves a Champagne breakfast, Champagne afternoon tea, as well as a Grand Finale of cheese, charcuterie and more.
Overview- An amazing opportunity to join the team in The Stage at The Londoner as a Waiter/ess.
- You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain the dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
- You will read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences.
- You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
- You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
- You will take payment in accordance with company procedures.
- As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
- Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- A Passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
