Food & Beverage Assistant, Malmaison Belfast

£12.75 per hour (under 18's rate £10.85 per hour). Full time or part time.

Location: Malmaison Belfast.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of our food and beverage operation in both Chez Mal Restaurant and our vibrant Belfast City Centre bar.
• Control the flow of guests and communicate with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Work a range of shifts across the week, including evenings and weekends.

Shift Flexibility and Hours

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

Training & Development

We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside our detailed brand training. We'll help you be "The Difference" between good and great guest experiences.

Qualifications & Attitude
