Join us for our Waiter/Waitress Recruitment Day on Thursday 26th February 2026 at Hotel du Vin Avon Gorge. Candidates selected for interview will be able to choose an individual time slot on the day that best suits them.

About the Role - Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll be the welcoming face of our pub. You'll help manage the flow of service, communicate closely with our kitchen and food & beverage management teams, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth, memorable and well coordinated dining experience.

We're open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and offer a variety of shifts to suit different lifestyles. While evenings and weekends tend to be our busiest, shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed openly at interview.
