Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and offering dish descriptions.
Provide personalized service, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
Set up and maintain the dining area.
Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
Handle guest concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle billing and payments accurately.
Support training of junior staff.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Chef de Rang in a high-end restaurant, preferably Italian cuisine.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
