Waiter / Waitress

As our Waiter/Waitress, you will be part of a team delivering an unforgettable, enchanting experience for our guests whilst dining with us.

The successful candidate will be experienced in table service, passionate & enthusiastic, taking pride in all they do. You will be immaculately groomed and well-presented. Experience of working in a hotel restaurant and/or Japanese restaurant would be desirable.

Shift Pattern

• This position will consist of 32 hours per week.
• The ideal candidate must be flexible to work any 4 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
• Shift hours will consist of: 07:00-16:00, 13:00-23:00, 16:00-01:00.

Salary: £23,200 per annum plus tronc
