Wine Bar Team Member

Salary: £25,000 - £26,500 p.a. (Permanent, Full-time, based on 40 hours/week)

Hours: Flexible, including evenings and weekends

Start Date: 31 August (negotiable)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the opening team of a beautifully renovated, high-end wine bar in the heart of Perth. Set in a stunning listed building, this new venue promises to be a standout destination for wine lovers and our client is looking for skilled, service-driven individuals to help bring it to life.

About the Role
As a key part of the front-of-house team, you ll deliver an exceptional guest experience built on genuine warmth and exemplary attention to detail. You'll be passionate about wine, confident with pairings, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. (Don't worry, you'll be provided with full training!).

They re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has at least 1 years experience in hospitality, bartending, and customer service (catering experience is a plus).
• Possesses excellent people skills and a passion for wine and food.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues.
• Works well under pressure, with a strong sense of teamwork and professionalism.
• Is physically fit and able to assist with deliveries and occasional lifting.
• Is full of ideas and keen to help shape the venue s evolving service offering.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• No unspent criminal convictions.
