VP, Therapeutics Design & In Silico Discovery

Evotec seeks a VP, Head of Therapeutics Design to lead its in silico therapeutics design capability. This role unites computational chemistry, generative modelling, and predictive ADMET with biology targets across small molecules, peptides, and degraders.

The holder will shape strategy, grow the team, and industrialise capabilities at scale. The position reports to the EVP and partners with Strategy, Portfolio and Commercial to enable collaborations and monetise capabilities.
