Job Description

A major manufacturer of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment with a strong installed base across the UK and Republic of Ireland is searching for a VP of Sales. The business is at an inflection point, investing in its service and solutions portfolio to shift towards outcome-based contracting, and needs a VP Sales to lead that commercial transformation.

Role summary: Set sales strategy, lead key account teams and secure enterprise contracts within commercial and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the UK sales strategy;
  • Manage major accounts and tender processes;
  • Develop channel and OEM partnerships;
  • Forecasting, target setting and performance management;
  • Collaborate with product and service teams on bespoke solutions.

Candidate profile:

  • Proven record in senior HVAC sales roles;
  • Experience handling public sector and private sector tenders;
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
