- Actively seek new business opportunities.
 - Connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
 - Develop new business from existing clients.
 - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.
 - Build and manage a regional sales team.
 - Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to Clinch's customers.
 - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
 - Negotiate account contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
 
- 5-7 years of proven ability to develop and close new agency and advertiser accounts in the advertising/media/related vendor space.
 - Significant expertise in advertising technology - social (Facebook, YouTube) and programmatic markets (DSP / OTT/CTV, Data / DMP / CDP utilization).
 - Strong communication and relationship skills to win and grow business from established accounts.
 - Lead and manage a regional sales team.
 - Broad understanding of the full scope of advertising and marketing communications (brand-driven, response-driven, promotion-driven, etc.).
 - Knowledge of the structure and priorities of key industry segments (advertisers, agencies, planning, digital and traditional buying, creative, etc.).
 - Demonstrated ability to execute a solution sales approach.
 - Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business.
 - Effective interface with internal management and C-level executives.
 - Experience developing budgets and managing revenue KPIs.
 - Compensation is commensurate with experience.
