Job Description

BNY seeks a Vice President, Production Services Application Support to stabilize and enhance critical Digital Assets production platforms from Manchester. You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security and Product teams to lead incident response, drive automation and improve operational readiness.

You will manage production risks, analyze incidents, support disaster recovery, and contribute to runbooks and monitoring strategies for 24x7 global coverage.
