  • Own and accelerate all EMEA and APAC sales performance, leading both direct and partner-led growth across diverse markets.
  • Develop and deliver a unified go-to-market strategy that drives predictable, scalable revenue growth and strengthens regional market presence.
  • Design and execute a world-class channel strategy that amplifies reach and impact.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners; enable them through structured training, joint business planning, and ongoing performance optimisation; and establish a framework for long-term mutual growth and profitability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, high-accountability sales organisation across multiple geographies. Hire, develop, and retain exceptional talent, setting clear expectations and measurable outcomes.
  • Embed coaching and individual development plans that elevate capability, strengthen leadership depth, and accelerate career progression.
  • Drive team performance through continuous improvement and operational excellence. Establish a rhythm of regular performance reviews, pipeline health checks, and win-loss analysis to identify growth opportunities and skill gaps.
  • Reinforce a results-driven, collaborative culture that celebrates both achievement and learning.
  • Embed best-in-class sales methodologies including MEDDICC and Command of the Message to improve qualification rigour, deal strategy, and execution discipline.
  • Champion sales excellence by ensuring forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and strategic deal progression are consistently measured and improved.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver a seamless and high-impact customer experience: from first touch to long-term retention.
  • Align on shared objectives and ensure every function contributes to revenue growth and customer advocacy.
  • Own revenue delivery and performance insight.
  • Define and report on key metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, channel contribution, and forecast accuracy.
  • Use data-driven insight to drive accountability, agility, and continuous improvement across all teams.
Skills, knowledge, and expertise
  • Proven experience leading SaaS sales in high-velocity, channel and direct sales environments.
  • Deep expertise in building and scaling channel programs in the EMEA market.
  • Familiarity with selling to technical/IT personas and understanding their buying journey.
  • Deep understanding of MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success leading distributed sales teams and driving regional revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up sleeves and execute in a fast-growth environment.
  • Champion a world-class sales environment in the London office by being both strategically visionary and actively present; inspire the sales team while building a sociable, inclusive, and collaborative culture that drives success.
