Job Description
- 10+ years of experience in B2B and SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in market-entry environments, building sustainable revenue pipelines from the ground up
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales cycles and SaaS commercial models, with a focus on building and scaling profitable, long-term partnerships
- Highly driven, commercially astute, and relationship-oriented, with a consistent track record of exceeding ambitious revenue and growth targets
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to navigate market volatility.
- Develop and execute global sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives, focusing on high-demand sectors.
- Analyse markets, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) to drive revenue, margin, and sustainable growth.
- Shape vision and lead change initiatives to support strategic business transformations.
- Lead global go-to-market teams (sales, business development, marketing), providing strategic direction, coaching, and professional development.
- Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to set ambitious targets, track performance, and manage P&L accountability (revenue, margins, expenses).
- Deliver long-term growth strategies and annual operating plans, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Accelerate revenue growth by expanding enterprise clientele, increasing market share, and driving adoption of SaaS solutions.
