This VP of Engineering position is with a FinTech company that aims to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries.

The primary mission is to scale the engineering team while collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding the development team in shipping new features
• Enhancing efficiency in maintenance tasks
• Strengthening the existing architecture

Applicants are encouraged to have the following experience, though not all are mandatory:

• Experience scaling development teams in a startup environment
• Understanding or experience in FinTech
• Work on projects targeting emerging markets

The successful candidate will be offered up to £130,000 and the flexibility to work fully remotely, both during and after Covid.
