VP of Customer Growth & Retention Marketing

TeamViewer GmbH is seeking a VP, Customer & Retention Marketing to own post-sale customer journey for 500,000+ SMB customers, building scalable, data-driven retention programs. You'll lead onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, partnering with Product to reduce churn and drive revenue.

You will hire and grow a team, design automated lifecycle campaigns, and own metrics like NRR and churn. This role requires global scope, PLG familiarity, and strong English communication.
