VP of Business Performance

Are you an experienced games industry leader with a strong analytical background and a passion for driving commercial success in mobile free-to-play games?

A fast-growing mobile games studio is looking for a Vice President of Business Performance to lead the strategic direction and commercial outcomes across its portfolio of live and upcoming titles.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the business performance function across a portfolio of mobile F2P titles
• Owning key performance metrics and turning data insights into strategic recommendations
• Driving forecasting, reporting, and analysis across monetisation, retention, and player engagement
• Partnering closely with Product, Data, UA, and Monetisation teams to align on business goals and KPIs
• Shaping commercial strategy across game lifecycles, including soft launches and live operations
• Guiding A/B testing, experimentation, and performance optimisation
• Acting as a key voice in executive decision-making, helping steer growth and investment strategies
• Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of analysts and performance experts
• Championing a data-informed culture across the organisation

What we're looking for:

• Over 10 years of experience in performance, product, strategy, or analytics roles within mobile gaming
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable business outcomes
• Deep knowledge of mobile game KPIs and business models: LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, UA efficiency
• Advanced analytical skills with strong command of SQL and business intelligence tools
• Experience managing game performance at scale in a mobile F2P environment
• Strategic mindset with the ability to dive deep into complex datasets when needed
• Strong understanding of ad monetisation, user acquisition, and revenue forecasting
• Prior experience contributing to board-level or investor discussions through commercial insight
