VP of AI-Native Product Design

Algolia in London seeks a VP of Product Design to lead the organization owning the Application Layer and Satellite design system. You will shape experiences for developers, merchandisers and business teams, driving AI-native design across surfaces and tooling.

You will set design standards, build a scalable design organization and partner with Product, Engineering and GTM to deliver measurable outcomes for our AI-powered search platform.
