VP, Infra Investment Structuring & Deals

Pantheon seeks a VP, Investment Structuring - Infrastructure to lead the execution of infrastructure secondary transactions, primary fund investments, and co investments. You will structure, negotiate and close deals, coordinating with legal, operations and finance to ensure timely, accurate completion.

You will review legal documents, manage debt facilities, optimize tax outcomes and ensure compliance across the platform.
