VP, Global Transportation Acquisitions & M&A Strategy

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President on the Acquisitions Team within Global Alts' Global Transportation Group in London.

You will drive identification and execution of corporate M&A, guide junior team members, and manage due diligence, valuations and negotiations to enhance value through the acquisition process. The role requires a strong track record in M&A, banking experience in a top-tier bank, and ideally a legal background.
