Position Overview

The VP is responsible for servicing their assigned clients, that these client relationships are developed and maintained and ensures that the teams provide exceptional customer service. The VP will ensure that the teams under supervision operate effectively and efficiently and that team members are properly guided and motivated. The VP will take care of executing the company's strategy and meeting the objectives of the company while ensuring that the policies and guidelines laid down by the company are fully understood and are properly and effectively implemented.
