VP, FP&A & Strategic Finance Leader

Shield Safety Group is seeking a Head of FP&A to provide the CFO and senior leadership with robust financial intelligence behind strategic decisions. You will own financial planning, forecasting, and board reporting, translating complex data into forward-looking insights to support growth with control and intent.

You will lead a team partnering closely with commercial and service delivery leadership, ensuring performance is understood, challenged, and improved at all levels.
