VP, EMEA Futures & Derivatives Clearing Counsel

JPMorgan seeks a Vice President-level lawyer for the Futures Execution & Derivatives Clearing Legal team to advise on drafting and negotiating complex clearing and futures & options documentation, with a focus on structured legal analysis across the clearing model and client documentation suite.

You will support the Futures & Options and cleared derivatives business, advising on execution and give-up arrangements and client-facing contractual frameworks.
