We're seeking a strategic and visionary leader for the role of Vice President, DTO - Business Partnering and Performance. This critical role involves driving the operational reset of our Digital & Technology Office (DTO) and leading enterprise-wide transformation alongside the CDIO.
This position is key to translating strategic ambitions into execution, leading the Business Partnering model that connects DTO with the broader business across brands, ship operations, and corporate functions. You will also oversee the Performance and Planning team, ensuring alignment and delivery across transformation programmes.

Key accountabilities include:
- Strategy Execution: Convert DTO's vision into actionable plans, leading operational rhythm and prioritization.
- Business Partnering: Lead and empower Business Partners across brands and operations, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration.
- Operation Model & Performance: Rebuild DTO's structure, drive governance, and ensure transparency with KPIs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent DTO in senior forums and foster strategic relationships.
- Culture & Capability: Cultivate a high-performance culture, coach leaders, and ensure clear communication.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- Executive experience in enterprise transformation and operational leadership, preferably with a technology focus.
- A proven track record of engaging C-suite stakeholders and revitalizing teams for high-impact results.
- Accountability for prioritization, performance, and delivery in complex environments.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within a strategic or transformation office.
