This role sits at the heart of that ambition - defining how DAZN Bet shows up, speaks, and connects emotionally with customers across every market and touchpoint.
The RoleAs VP Brand & Product Storytelling, you will build the DAZN Bet brand from the ground up and own the single, unifying narrative that connects product innovation, marketing propositions and commercial ambition. You'll define what DAZN Bet stands for, how it speaks, and how its product and propositions are experienced globally. Acting as the strategic bridge between Product, Performance Marketing and DAZN Group Marketing, you will ensure DAZN Bet feels premium, differentiated and unmistakably part of the DAZN ecosystem - while confidently standing on its own. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role with direct influence over long-term brand strategy, product communication and growth.
What You'll Be Doing- Build and define the global DAZN Bet brand from scratch, including positioning, purpose, narrative and long-term brand platform
- Own the DAZN Bet brand story, ensuring a clear, emotionally engaging and consistent narrative across all markets
- Translate product innovation, UX and promotions into compelling customer-facing stories that drive understanding and desire
- Define and govern brand identity, tone of voice and messaging architecture across media, product UI, CRM and partnerships
- Act as the strategic connector between Product and B2C Marketing, shaping how the product roadmap is communicated and experienced
- Partner with Performance Marketing to ensure storytelling and propositions drive acquisition, conversion, retention and LTV
- Lead storytelling for major product launches, campaigns and DAZN-led moments across sport, talent and partnerships
- Set scalable global storytelling frameworks, creative standards and proposition guidelines for local market execution
- Senior leadership experience in Brand, Product Marketing or Storytelling within betting, gaming, sports, media or digital-first businesses
- Proven experience building or re-founding a brand, including positioning, narrative and go-to-market frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling capability, with a strong portfolio of brand platforms, campaigns or product launches
- Ability to translate complex products into simple, emotionally resonant customer stories
- Experience operating at the intersection of Product, Performance Marketing and Brand with clear commercial impact
- Strong creative judgement and confidence leading agencies and cross-functional creative teams
- Commercially minded, data-aware and comfortable balancing long-term brand building with performance outcomes
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior DAZN Bet leadership and DAZN Group stakeholders
